Join hosts Robert and Michele Forto as they welcome Mark Barone and Marina Dervan, who have come up with a way to protect the lives of our beloved pets. They are painting 5500 portraits of shelter dogs over the next two years in order to raise awareness. Their project is called An Act of Dog.

Why 5500 paintings? That (sadly) is the number of dogs that are euthanized each day in our nations shelters.

The painting, that will be on exhibit in Louisville, Kentucky is a project like no other. When finished it will stretch over two football fields and something that artist, Mark works on every day, painting up to ten dogs at a time.

This is something you have to check out.
