Join hosts Robert and Michele Forto and Alex Stein as we continue our coverage of the 2012 Iditarod. At the time we aired this show there were still three mushers on the trail and we vowed to talk about the race until the last one comes in and claims the red lantern.

On this episode we talked about that red lantern award, the mushers widow lamp, being a musher’s widow, and a special segment that can only be herd on this podcast. It is something you don’t want to miss!

Our featured musher is Dan Seavey.

    1. I am from northern illinois, and have seven dogs that I rescued, most are spitz breed types, including a husky named Blade. I have always loved this breed and loved following the iditarod!!! This year I found your station thru the ITC facebook page and loved your coverage of the race! Still not sure how to get all podcasts!!
