Join hosts Robert Forto and Alex Stein as we provide daily coverage of the 2012 Iditarod on Mushing Radio
Today’s show went very quickly. There were so many things we wanted to talk about but we just ran out of time. We could have talked for hours, too bad we only have a half hour show.

We want to apologize in advance for today’s podcast not coming through as a stereo feed. We are still working out some of the technical kinks and promise you we will get better as we go along. Just remember that most shows of this magnitude have months of pre-planning before they air their first broadcast.
We literally did it in just a couple days. We were contacted by the folks at Radio Free Palmer just a week or so before the race and asked us if we wanted to air our show on their channel.
Anyhow, we have been getting great feedback so I think we are doing something right.
Tonight we talked about the front-runners and Aily Zirkle’s surprising first place standing in the earliest parts of the race. We also spent some time talking about the proverbial 40,000 dollar belt buckle, as well as discussed food drops.
Join us every night on Mushing Radio during the 2012 Iditarod!
