Join host Robert Forto as he welcomes Iditarod musher Newton Marshall to Mushing Radio.

Marshal, also known as the “Jamaican Musher” is an Iditarod veteran with a story like no other. He is the first musher to complete the grueling 1,049 mile iditarod from the Caribbean and did it in fine fashion in 2010 finishing a very respectable 47th.

In 2012 he has teamed up with Iditarod veteran Kelley Griffin of Wasilla, Alaska and plans to do the race again in 2013.

Marshall has a brand new book out, One Mush written by John Firth.
